All content, branding, and software associated with SkyinkPay remain the property of SkyinkCreations. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without permission.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the platform at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkyinkPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
